CAN YOU SEE THE RED?
There is no red! 🔴
It’s only blue, black and white 🔵 ⚫ ⚪️
Here’s what’s happening: Our eyes register the colours of red, green, blue and all the overlaps of these colours from the cones in our retina.
The colour is cyan, which is made of green and blue. It’s the opposite colour to red (anti-red).
The rods in our retina do not convert colour just shades of white to dark grey.
The can is actually white and our brain adds the red to compensate for this small area of white in an all cyan image.
